We waited in line to check in only to be told to try back in an hour.
They don't know the first thing about running a hotel or what customer service is all about. Deck clerks Supervisor and manager are totally clueless. We had reservations for One night on Octocheck-in was supposed to be 3pm. This is by far the worst hotel any of us have ever stayed in.
